Renovation of an educational facility in Ogdensburg, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,152-square-foot educational facility.
The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of approximately 1,152 SF of windows throughout one wing of the school. Existing windows will be removed and replaced with new, energy-efficient windows. Additional FRP panels will need to be provided at locations requiring window air conditioning units. The bidding documents (original documents with addenda) have been prepared by the Architectural firm of Parette Somjen Architects L.L.C. with an office at 439 Route 46 East, Rockaway, NJ 07866, Telephone 973.586.2400. Said bidding documents including proposal forms may be obtained during the bid period from Friday, May 12, 2023 by submitting an emailed request to Tracy F. Boss at tboss@planetpsa.com. Bidding documents will not be mailed, emailed or be available for pickup or inspection. They may only be downloaded from the secure FTP website with access granted upon request. Bidders must email their request at least twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) business day in advance to gain access to bid documents as a registered plan holder.
