Bids may be submitted by certified mail, return receipt requested, regular mail or hand delivery. Express and overnight delivers must arrive to the Office of the Business Administrator no late than the time of bid opening. NOTE: It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid documents received after the bid opening time will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Submission of Bid: All bids must be submitted on the bid proposal forms approved and provided for in the bid specifications in order to be considered.
