Construct new, 25 court Pickleball Complex with seating areas, planters, drinking fountains, new court and area lighting, new drainage retention area, shade structures throughout and new electrical service upgrade. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by an electronic copy to demonstrate proof of a certified or cashier's check or a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the total bid price, payable to the City of Palm Springs.
