The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified companies in order to establish a single vendor to provide maintenance on all equipment to include all foodservice equipment, example equipment listed in this bid, and walk in freezer and walk in coolers and replace parts as needed. This also includes installation of some ovens, steamers, combi ovens, and any other foodservice units as needed. LCS CNP operates 12 food service kitchens throughout the school system PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The contract period will be effective from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew annually for four (4) additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties. It is the District intent for this RFP, any addenda, the bidder's proposal, and any additional information requested and negotiated changes to be incorporated by reference into the contract. Award: The accepted proposal is planned for May or June 2023 once final approval by the school board is complete. Complete discretion is reserved by District in determining completeness and/or timeliness of proposals, advantages attributable to acceptance of higher prices, allowance of submission of additional data or information, and any other pertinent factors on an evaluation to serve the District interest.
