Renovation of an educational facility in Muncie, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of November 6, 2023, a firm timeline has not been announced but construction is likely to begin Summer 2024. The Facilities Planning & Management of Ball State University will solicit and interview prospective Construction Manager as Constructor ( CMc) firms in preparation of approval for the North Campus Building Renovation - CAP (College of Architecture and Planning). The RFP process is preparatory in nature, and the advancement of the project is conditional upon approval from the appropriate governing bodies. The project will include replacement and/or updating of major mechanical and electrical systems. Work will include redesign and replacement of the south facing sloped glazing system and the addition of programmable floor space including 6 new design studios. Work may include some reconfiguration of existing programed space and new finishes in selected areas. It is anticipated that a small addition will be part of the project, around 15,000 - 20,000 square feet, located on the northeast corner of the complex. Design should be of consistent finishes to blend with the existing building vocabulary. Roof replacement Site work (minor work is anticipated)
