The Contractor must employ maintenance personnel/technicians who are trained and certified in the use and operation of all Lenel OnGuard PACS, and AVIGILON CCTV. Due to the requirement for 24/7 support, the Contractor must have local representatives that can satisfy the required response time for repairs.
