Site work for a water / sewer project in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Works primarily include the supply and installation of Sanitary Sewer: approximately 202m of Ø375mm Concrete Pipe, 144m of Ø450mm Concrete Pipe, 26m of Ø450 PVC Pipe, and 118m of Ø200mm PVC Pipe; Storm Sewer: approximately 12m of Ø300mm PVC Pipe, 169m of Ø450mm Concrete Pipe, 55m of Ø600mm Concrete Pipe, 400m of Ø675mm Concrete Pipe, and 22m of Ø750mm Concrete Pipe ;Water Works: 20m of Ø100mm PVC main, 173m of Ø200mm PVC main, and 5m of Ø150mm PVC main Service connections, appurtenances, catch basins, and required tie-ins are also included in the Works. The sanitary sewer work includes tie-in to the existing Metro Vancouver (MV) Sanitary Interceptor with a Ø1500mm build over manhole at the bottom of Acadia Road. MV proximal works and specific requirements are to be followed for these works and works adjacent to the interceptor. The MV interceptor will require structural support provided by the Contractor during these works as well as monitoring for settlement. Storm sewer and sanitary sewer works adjacent to and crossing NW Marine Drive are included in the Works. NW Marine Drive is a Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (TRAN) roadway which requires their specifications to be followed for Works within their limits. Road restoration and trench restoration within Acadia Road and NW Marine Drive is included in the works. Question Deadline 04/17/2024 at 2:00 PM
