Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brossard, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 39,865-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction of a Muntigenrational Centre in the City. The new structure will house a double gymnasium with stage, changing rooms, an artist's dressing room, various activity rooms, a bistro-style dining room and a service kitchen. The multigenerational center will also be able to accommodate disaster victims if necessary. The scope of the project also includes, outside, a public square, pétanque courts, interpretation trails and connections to the cycle and pedestrian networks. The project will integrate principles of sustainable development, in particular with the development of eco-responsible parking. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a design/builder for the project implementation following public tender SP23-1801, reference number: 1720788. Note. Contract is awarded to a design/builder pre-qualified following the Notice of Qualification #SP-23-1800 "Qualification of Contractors for the Construction of a Multi-Generational Centre" (SEAO 1698087).
