Briefly, bids are invited for furnishing and delivery of 20,000 gallons of B2 2% USLD (Bi- Diesel fuel and 30,000 gallons of 87-Octane E-10 Ethanol gasoline to the District.Any Prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the specifications. contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Bid proposals must be on the forms provided by the District. Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portion thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding. The District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or familial status in the provision of services. The District is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Bids may be held by the District for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids prior to awarding the contract. In this period of time, no bidder may withdraw their bid.
