As of August 8th, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. The City of Pompano Beach (the City) will receive sealed bids for Invitation to Bid (ITB) E-16-23, Lift Station #61 Rehabilitation Bidder must be registered on the Citys eBid System in order to view the ITB documents and respond to this ITB. Each bid requires a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Pompano Beach, Florida, in an amount not less than 5 percent (5%) of the amount bid. Bidder shall upload a copy of their bid bond or a copy of the certified check to the Response Attachments tab in the eBid System. The awarded bidder will be required to submit the original executed bid bond or cashiers check prior to the execution of the contract and before the commencement of any work. City Performance and Payment Bond forms are to be used by awarded bidder for incorporation in the construction contract. The deadline for receipt of written questions in the eBid System has been extended to 5:00:00 p.m. (local), June 20, 2023.
