A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Runway 8-26 will be rehabilitated to improve drainage, line of sight, and other non-standard conditions. This project is the final bid package of the program's construction. Scope of work for the project includes variable depth milling & P-401 asphalt overlay, grading, drainage system removal and replacement, and pavement markings. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn prior to October 15, 2023. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
