The project site is located at 7945 Queenston Boulevard, Houston, TX 77095 in north west Harris County. The Work Shall Consist Of Approximately: The furnishing of plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary for Replacement of the Motor Control Center including all appurtenances as herein specified. Remove and replace MCC and associated work All proposals shall be accompanied by a bidders bond or a cashiers check drawn upon a national or state bank in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid payable to Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 173 as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond within ten (10) days after notice of the award, and that his bid will not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening of bids without the consent of OWNER. Bids not accompanied by a bidders bond or a cashiers check will not be considered. The right is reserved, as the interest of the OWNER may require, to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received.
