A. This acquisition is restricted to a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. B. The assigned NAICS Code is 237310, "Highw ay, Street, and Bridge Construction" w ith a small business size standard of $39.5M. C. The IDIQ is to be based on a general Statement of Work (SOW) further defined in individual Task Orders. D. The estimated program value for all task orders to be placed over the five (5) year ordering period of the resulting contract w ill be $9,000,000.00. How ever, if the Government's requirements do not meet the program amount, it shall not constitute the basis for an equitable adjustment under this contract. E. The minimum dollar value of each task order is $2,000.00. F. The maximum dollar value of each task order is $750,000.00 G. Bonding w ill be determined at the task order level. H. Blocks 11, 12, and 13B on this SF Form 1442 (and the resulting contract) apply to individual Task Orders.
