City of Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase and install of a new indoor/outdoor A/V system for our event center and golf course located at 333 Holloway Road, Ballwin, MO 63011. The City is looking for an organization to design and install a user-friendly audio and visual solution for the events center. The main objective of this project should ensure renters have the basic audio and visual solutions to host an event. Proposals should include technology that is simple to use and current to market standards. Multiple video systems that can display one or more items on several monitors to allow for better utilization of space in regard to event setups. Multiple locations to plug in external devices throughout the space is desired. Audio connection should also be integrated and available throughout the space. Additionally, audio should have the capability to be isolated by zone. The City of Ballwin will affirmatively assure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this Notice to Contractors, qualified minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, familial status, national origin or political affiliation.
