Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mercedes, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the Design-Build of the Mercedes Field Office Administrative Building. This requirement is being solicited full and open. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 Disclosure of the of Construction Projects the estimated of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and a Small Business Size Standard of $45M. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.236-27 Alt I, (Construction FEB 1995) - Alternate 1 (FEB 1995), a shall be held at 09:00 am CT on 17 August 2023 at the USIBWC Mercedes Field Office, 325 Golf Course Road, Mercedes, Texas 78570. All request for information must be submitted in writing (Microsoft Word documents only) no later than 10:00 am CT on 16 August 2023. Questions should be sent to philip.johnson@ibwc.gov Determinations 2015-5245 Rev 21 dated 07/12/23 and TX20230255 dated 01/06/23 apply to this procurement. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the information referenced in Subsection L.02, Proposal Instructions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
