Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waupun, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,820-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.
The Work, in general, will include the following schedule of Work: a single lump sum contract for the construction of a new municipal senior community center building which includes kitchen and dining facilities, a food pantry, and gymnasium /fitness area. The project includes approximately 2.75 acres of site development along with the construction of an approximately 22,000 sq. ft. building. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Work, in general, will include the following schedule of Work: a single lump sum contract for the construction of a new municipal senior community center building which includes kitchen and dining facilities, a food pantry, and gymnasium /fitness area. The project includes approximately 2.75 acres of site development along with the construction of an approximately 22,000 sq. ft. building. The City of Waupun reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
