Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waupun, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,820-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.

The Work, in general, will include the following schedule of Work: a single lump sum contract for the construction of a new municipal senior community center building which includes kitchen and dining facilities, a food pantry, and gymnasium /fitness area. The project includes approximately 2.75 acres of site development along with the construction of an approximately 22,000 sq. ft. building. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Work, in general, will include the following schedule of Work: a single lump sum contract for the construction of a new municipal senior community center building which includes kitchen and dining facilities, a food pantry, and gymnasium /fitness area.
