Renovation of a restaurant in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
This project will complete an Image Update of the existing 2,925 SF Minot AFB Burger King to meet current Burger King standards. Project replaces interior dining room finishes, restroom finishes, ceilings, lighting, and interior signage. Restroom fixtures will be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. Project also updates the drive-thru canopy, exterior signage, and exterior faA§ade. If total lump sum cost proposal exceeds $25,000 or if otherwise required herein, a proposal bond is required to be submitted in the penal sum of 20% of the proposal amount. The Performance Bond will be executedon EXCHANGE FORM 4400-041 and in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Payment Bond will be executed on EXCHANGE FORM 4400-040 and in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Exchange reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received. Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to GRACE PEREZ-MARTINEZ at martinezg@aafes.com. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The construction period will be 120 calendar days
