Site work and paving for a road / highway in Goshen, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The damage charges shall be one thousand dollars ($1000) per calendar day beyond the above stated date and any intermediate completion dates noted in the specifications. A satisfactory bid bond (10% of bid), payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Elkhart County, Indiana executed by the bidder shall be submitted with each bid. Bids will be accepted only from bidders who are sufficiently and currently pre-qualified by the Indiana Department of Transportation. Proof of pre-qualifications must be submitted with the bid. All work may begin on June 19th , 2023 and shall be completed by November 3rd , 2023. Delays in completion beyond that date shall result in liquidated damages levied against the Contractor by Elkhart County.
