Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Rehabilitation of the existing lift station shall include but not limited to cleaning, power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating of existing wet well, wet well piping, aboveground discharge piping, vales and all other appurtenances, and provide bypass pumping. Rehabilitation of the old wet well shall include cleaning, power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating of old wet well, bypass pumping, and installation of low-profile vent. Rehabilitation of the existing 150kW diesel generator including but not limited to cleaning, power washing, and recoating generator enclosure and diesel tank; install fabricated access platform for existing diesel generator. Removal and disposal of existing air filter media and motor at lift station; furnish and install proposed air filter media and motor. Site restoration. All work shall be complete in place and in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
