A typical year for the Villages requires around 200 hours of integration and assistance. This includes regular operation and maintenance, capital improvement projects, daily and after hours trouble shooting with Village staff and development of bid specs for SCADA equipment. The consultant will provide professional support services and provide, at a minimum, the following: 1. Project Management. 2. Proactive Maintenance 3. SCADA alarm testing 4. Technology & SCADA budget Planning 5. Third Party support renewals 6. Break – Fix (Repairs) 7. Improvements 8. Consulting and Design 9. Parts and Materials 10. Installation of purchased SCADA System control equipment. The equipment is to be installed at various booster pump stations, Sanitary pumping stations and at the public works facility. 11. The Village also has scheduled Capital improvement plans (CIP), budgeted for the next three years that require SCADA integrations. These projects include two (2) lift / relief station rehabilitations projects, water interconnect project with the Northwest Water Commission and the North Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency (NSMJAWA), Security System improvements and communication improvements.
