See Proposal Sheets for Quantities The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the COUNTRY CLUB SANITARY SEWER LINE PROJECT: Work of the contract is for replacing and rehabilitating sanitary sewer lines, manholes, sewer services as well as road repair over trenches plus all other items not specifically mentioned here but which are incidental to or required for the completed project as indicated and defined in the drawings and specified herein in the City of Victoria. All other appurtenances All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Respondent will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed. The selected Respondent may be required to perform some or all of the following pre-construction and construction services. Preconstruction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning and value engineering the Work. Construction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, all work associated with construction, occupancy and warranty of the facilities.
