CDBG Somerset Drive and Matterhorn Street sidewalk and ADA ramps Improvements. Work also includes the installation of sidewalk, ADA barrier free ramp and drive approach improvements on Somerset Drive, and intersection ADA barrier free ramp improvements at the intersection of Matterhorn Drive and Weaver Street and the intersection of Matterhorn Street and Kenya Street, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of Cedar Hill. Upon City Final Acceptance, any CONTRACTOR doing work in Cedar Hill is required to provide the city with a minimum Two (2) year Maintenance Bond. The maintenance bond shall be in the amount of Fifty (50%) percent of the amount of the contract amount.
