Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,650-square-foot educational facility.

Bids will be opened at the above stated place and read aloud, following the closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders and other properly interested parties are invited to be present at bid opening. The bid security is to become the property of the Owner in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth, as liquidated damages for the delay and additional expense to the Owner caused thereby. The successful Contractor shall carry out his employment practices and payment of wages according to the provisions of an act known as "Public Works Title 44, Chapter 10, Sections 44-1001 through 44-1006 inclusive, Idaho Code Amended" and shall comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity provisions as defined in the code of respective Federal Regulations. Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Public Works Contractors' State License Law. The Owner reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best. Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed within 2 days after the Prebid meeting. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Classroom upgrades including lighting, special systems, specialties, interior painting and all associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
