Riverton City is seeking a contractor to plan, design & complete the 12600 South, City Entrance Beautification Project. The City would like contractor to submit design ideas on what could be done on the north side and the south side of 12600 south, as identified in the attached aerial photo. Provide a narrative (photo's and drawings may be submitted) detailing design. Contractors may submit up to two (2) concept designs. Label them "Concept A" & "Concept B" The budgetary constraints for this project is not to exceed $30,000.00; however, there could be a possibility that this project could span two fiscal years, depending on how much work could be done before June 30, 2023, which would allow the budget to be a not to exceed amount of $60,000.00. Contract terms and conditions are attached Questions regarding the project, email ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov Bidders must meet or exceed all specifications and requirements as set forth in this document. Contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, labor, tools, transportation, supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the entire project which includes hauling off and properly disposing of all debris.
