This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') as represented herein by the Minister of Internal Services, for and on behalf of Nova Scotia Health Authority ('NSHA', and together with the Province, 'Nova Scotia'), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision ofGrounds Maintenance - NSHA Cape Breton Sites as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The intent is to award a single contract, to one qualified proponent, for the provision of all necessary tools, materials, and labour to complete grounds maintenance services for the following sites: 1.Cape Breton Regional Hospital, 1482 George Street, Sydney 2.Taigh Gradhach, 1488 George Street, Sydney 3.Harbourview Hospital, 22 Richard Street, Sydney Mines 4.Northside General Hospital, 520 Purves Street, North Sydney 5.Glace Bay Hospital, 300 South Street, Glace Bay 6.Taigh Na Mara, 974 Main Street, Glace Bay 7.New Waterford Consolidated Hospital, 716 King Street, New Waterford Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 36
