Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development; and playground / park / athletic field.

After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract. The City will award a contract for all sites to a single prime bidder. The project requires the installation of upgraded security systems in conformance with the bidding documents at the following City locations: 8:30 am - 10:00 am Durant Nature Preserve (starting at Training Lodge the Campbell Lodge) Training Lodge: 8305 Camp Durant Rd 27614 Campbell Lodge: 3237 Spottswood St. 27615 10:30 - 11:00 am Eastgate Park 4200 Quail Hollow Dr., Raleigh, NC 27609 11:30 am - 12:15 pm Powell Drive Park 740 Powell Dr., Raleigh, NC 27606 1:00 - 1:45 pm John Chavis Memorial Park 505 MLK Jr. Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27601 2:00 - 2:45 pm Walnut Creek Wetland Park 950 Peterson St., Raleigh, NC 27610 3:15 - 4:00 pm Sanderford Road Park 2623 Sanderford Rd., Raleigh, NC 27610 4:15 - 5:00 pm Peach Road Park 911 Ileagnes Rd., Raleigh, NC 27603 Bidding Entity must be a Milestone authorized vendor for a minimum of three (3) years with a minimum rating of Advanced Partner in the Milestone Channel Partner Program. The Gold rating shall also have been maintained for a minimum of three years. Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings will be held at the dates and times listed above The Project consists generally of the following major items: o Replace existing legacy cameras with Milestone compliant cameras at PRCR sites o Install additional new cameras at PRCR Milestone sites o Install panic buttons at PRCR sites o Integrate installed security devices into the City's network o Train PRCR staff to use newly installed equipment Interested bidders shall email the Owner for a link to the bidding documents. No as-builts with existing camera locations are available. With each request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, phone number, and email address for bidding point of contact; N.C. contractor's license with limitation and classification or burglar alarm or relevant license. After bids are received, the selected contractor will be asked to provide proof that they meet Milestone requirements stated An individual price shall be provided for each of the site locations and alternates listed in the bidding documents. The City reserves the right to choose to award the work at as many or as few of the sites as it deems appropriate, based on available funding. The total bid amount for the selected sites will be used for comparison with respect to the lowest bidder. The successful bidder must be registered to do work with the City of Raleigh. This is a simple process involving accessing the City of Raleigh website and completing an on-line form. Any vendor or entity interested in performing work for the City of Raleigh is encouraged to complete this process. Below is a link to the City's self-service vendor portal. Here you will be able to register your business with the City of Raleigh as an approved vendor/supplier. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina Sections 143-128.2 and 143-131, and in accordance with City policy, the City of Raleigh encourages and provides equal opportunity for certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses to participate in all aspects of the City's contracting and procurement programs to include Professional Services; Goods and Other Services; and Construction. The prime contractor will be required to identify participation of MWBE businesses in their Bid, and how that participation will be achieved. Furthermore, the City's goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding
