Reference Number 0000320271 The work for Bid No. 2023-002 consists of the renovation of two downtown parks: Pugsley Park at 1036 Main Street, extending from Main Street to Howard Street, and Monument Park at 311 Highland Avenue, between Highland Avenue, North Division Street, and Orchard Street. The work includes construction of concrete pathways, installation of site amenities, utilities, lighting, and new plantings. This Project is funded by New York State Department of State ("DOS") contract #C1001880 as part of the City of Peekskill's Downtown Revitalization Initiative. Question Deadline 06/02/2023 at 11:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No The City of Peekskill reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or portions of a Bid, in accordance with the General Municipal Law, and to waive any informality in any Bid if deemed in the best interest of the City of Peekskill to do so. Bid forms (Section C) must be copied from the USB flash drive, filled out, and submitted in paper form. Executed bid forms must also be scanned onto the provided USB flash drive and submitted as part of the bid. As bid security, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond acceptable to the City in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Certified Checks shall be made payable to the City of Peekskill, New York and are to be held by the City as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. In default of such execution and delivery of Contract and Bonds, the amount of the deposit represented by the check shall be forfeited and retained by the City of Peekskill as liquidated damages.
