This Contract involves the existing Firefighter's Memorial Park in downtown Lancaster which will receive new granite monuments, flag poles, and new signature signage. In addition, it will update existing park features, relocate the two existing firefighters monuments, install exposed aggregate concrete and regular concrete, landscaping, a new access road to the water tower, new electrical and irrigation components, a new fence along the headwall of Plumb Bottom Creek and other supplemental park features. Alternatively, Bidders can provide their UPS or FedEx shipper account number for shipment of Bidding Documents. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
