Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Full design services associated with renovating the existing Rocky Coast Pinniped habitat and holding area to accommodate penguins. The existing pool specifically in this area needs to be demolished, repaired, and rebuilt to address severe leaking and to accommodate future species. The holding area needs to be renovated to accommodate new species including but not limited to new HVAC system, off exhibit pools, containment fencing, and keepers areas. We also intend to repair the Polar Bear pool at the same time to capture cost savings and shorten the impact on the guest experience.
