Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Kingsport, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,594-square-foot, one-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Questions regarding the Project or the Bid Documents must be in writing as required by the Instruction to Bidders. Questions must be written on this form and sent by email to the address listed below. Upon timely receipt, if appropriate, an Addendum will then be issued to all persons who have received Bid Documents from the Owner. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form provided with the Contract Documents. With its bid, each Bidder must deposit security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders Bidders should take particular note of the requirements concerning the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. complete the project within Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days
