Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, "Fort Sill National Cemetery Burial Expansion_ Project 920CM3005" at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538, on or about May 26, 2023, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contract Opportunities at beta.sam.gov.
The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Invitation for Bid (IFB). This IFB will utilize the Electronic Bid delivery and Telephonic Bid opening process. The process will be outlined in the solicitation.

The basic scope of work is as follows: This project develops approximately 5 acres in an existing National Cemetery to develop burial areas consisting of approximately 3034 pre-placed crypts and approximately 1039 Columbaria niches. This project also includes all associated infrastructure, demolition, landscaping, irrigation, and signage, as applicable to support this cemetery expansion. Period of performance shall be 365 days and require an early turnover of the Columbaria to the government on or before May 1, 2024
