Five corner improvements. The project is anticipated to create an urban corridor through converting Johnston Road between Buena Vista Avenue and Columbia Avenue into one-way southbound street along with other associated infrastructure upgrades. The project is to re-define the functions of Five Corner with the development of an urban corridor to enrich urban living and to promote active living while controlling and managing the vehicle traffic flow within the area. TIMELINE: Functional design is complete. Tender and construction timelines are undetermined. Further update in late summer 2026, upon budget approvals.
