The project is to be constructed on an empty parcel of land (approximately 2-acres) located in the city of Larkspur, CA. The library building structure shall include, but not limited to, admin and public spaces, archive, collections, multi-purpose, reading space, children's programing, and public restrooms. Some spaces may be flexible and shared with the community space building structure. The community space building structures shall include, but not limited to, meeting rooms, food prep area, AV/Data closets, and storage space.
