The Project consists of the replacement of approximately 270 linear feet of 24-inch storm sewer main located in the St. Clair Industrial Park, East Norwegian Township, PA. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the East Norwegian Township or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid.
