The Salem-Keizer School District 24J will be establishing a Price Agreement with a vendor to supply On-Call Service and Repair of Stage and Auditorium Lighting. Services will include but not limited to: 1) Service calls pertaining to electric lighting and lighting controls. 2) Stage lamp replacement above 14 feet. 3) Auditorium lamp replacement. 4) Stage and Auditorium light fixture repair and/or replacement. 5) Preventative maintenance inspections on electrical lighting, lighting controls and lighting racks when requested. 6) Recommendations for replacement of obsolete equipment (District to bid for replacements if action is warranted). It is the District intent to enter into a Price Agreement with a vendor to provide On-Call Service and Repair of Stage and Auditorium Lighting. Cost must remain firm for one (1) year. The initial term of the price agreement period will be three (3) years with options to extend for up to two additional years. The price agreement is subject to no less than thirty (30) day written cancellation notice by the service provider or the District. Costs may escalate only upon written notification to the Districts Purchasing Department no less than thirty (30) days prior to being effective. If the price changes are not acceptable to the District, you will be notified, and the price agreement will be rebid/re-quoted. Fee decreases are expected to be passed on to the District as they occur and will begin with the next months billings. The District makes no guarantees on quantities to be purchased throughout the price agreement period.
