Site work and new construction of a residential development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified firms with demonstrated experience to provide a Proposal, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Reference, and Appendices stated herein, to complete the design, estimating, sub-trade tendering, project management, permitting, construction and commissioning required for the design and construction of a new pre-engineered clear span tension membrane structure (approximately 18 meters x 49 meters in size), and provide all associated construction management services. The successful Proponent shall be responsible for all methods and coordination between forces designing, erecting and commissioning the structure. A BID BOND, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER OR IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT, made payable to "The City of Moncton", in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE TOTAL BID PRICE (TAXES INCLUDED), shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that a Contract will be entered if a bid is accepted.
