Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Replace the existing in-floor interfaces that provide power, water and drains to the vendors in the Arena and Ballroom Areas. Each floor box shall be replaced with (1) single 100-amp pin and sleeve connector. The other existing utilities located within the existing floor boxes shall be abandoned in place. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this RSQ, or to negotiate separately with competing Respondents, and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any proposal, or to accept that proposal or proposals, which in the judgment of the proper officials, is in the best interest of the County.
