Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
1.2.1. The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the umbrella contract specifications, this Statement of Work, and identified drawings to: Provide a replacement addressable, complete, and usable fire alarm (FA) system and mass notification system (MNS); and inspect and service the HVAC for building 13611 in accordance with applicable references, codes, and specifications. Drawings of the existing fire alarm system are included in Attachment #3. Drawings of the existing HVAC system are included in Attachment #4.
