Close of Questions deadline date was May 31, 2023 before 3:00 p.m The scope of work to include, but not limited to the installation of three new County purchased Kohler generators and Automatic Transfer Switches at three different sites including but not limited to: 400KW Kohler Diesel at Wayne Brown Correctional Facility, 120KW Kohler Natural Gas at Crown Point and 100KW towable diesel at Brighton Greens, site work, trenching, underground conduit installation, concrete pads, installation of Automatic Transfer Switches and associated equipment, wiring, remote monitoring setup, crane work setting up new generators, removal of existing generators and fencing according to the plans and specifications. For all bids over $25,000, each bidder must submit a cashier's check, certified check or a bidder's bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials bond guaranteeing faithful performance and payment of all debts related to this contract.
