The Work Includes The Following Major Items: Remove Bituminous Pavement 1,259 Sq Yd Excavation - Common (P) 307 Cu Yd Common Embankment (Cv) (P) 1,248 Cu Yd Aggregate Base Class 5 1,223 Ton Type Sp 12.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,c) 350 Ton 10x8 Precast Concrete Box Culv End Section 2 Each 10x9 Precast Concrete Box Culv End Section 2 Each 10x8 Precast Concrete Box Culvert 66 Lin Ft 10x9 Precast Concrete Box Culvert 66 Lin Ft Remove Existing Bridge 1 Lump Sum Granular Backfill (Cv) (P) 1,919 Cu Yd Random Riprap Class Iii 225 Ton Silt Fence, Type Ms 1,100 Lin Ft Rolled Erosion Prevention Category 20 1,863 Sq Yd A minimum goal of 6.7% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Waseca County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. Upon execution of the Contract, bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of the opening of the bids. A Performance Bond payable to Waseca County, in the full amount of the bid, shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The Waseca County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects. COMPLETION DATE: AUGUST 3, 2024 The workforce participation goals for this Project are: Minority: 15% Women: 9%
