Completed plans call for the construction of a 100,000-square-foot, 90-unit elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

This RFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of MD of St. Paul Foundation (the "Client"). The Client is seeking a Construction Management Team that can provide their services for the Seniors Affordable Housing Development project in St. Paul, Alberta. The project will be awarded in stages and approval will be required before moving to the next stage. The construction of this building is anticipated to be constructed in a 2-phase approach, separating the addition/renovation and the new construction. 1. The Owner's key design objective is to achieve: a. Removal of 30 cottage units. b. Construction of +/- 90 new residential units and related supporting service areas (New Service Block). c. Renovations to an existing 32-unit building. d. Demolition of existing structures and land re-development for parking and greenspace (1960 to 1997 block of units). e.
