The City of Moose Jaw is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the Cultural Centre Carpet Replacement work set out in the Work Requirements. The purpose of this Request for Proposals process is to select a qualified contractor to enter into a Work Agreement with The City for the performance of the Work. This RFP is not a tender and is not subject to the laws of competitive bidding. No bid contract or agreement is created by the submission of a proposal.
