Renovation of a swimming pool in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation, and all the incidentals required in the removal of the existing ramp topping, membrane, drains and replacement with a new waterproofing system including membrane, drains, concrete topping, adjacent detailing and tie-ins to adjacent plaza membranes, including but not limited to works related to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural modifications, commissioning and all work as specified and indicated on drawings and specifications.
