Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Box Elder, Montana. Working plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

Work is needed for renovations to the Commodity Warehouse as well as adding an extension to the western side of the building. Contractors are advised to view the work site at 36 Bear Claw St. located on Upper Box Elder Road just east of Stone Child College). The Contractor shall be responsible for the water and sewer needs of the building and services as described in the building plans to hooking up the sewer to the tribal sewer system and the water to the tribal water system. Renovations to the Western Wall include but are not limited to: Painting interior walls, rearranging appliances to create a spacious environment, installation of steel siding, installation of floor-toceiling "tree/post" on building corners and flat pieces on walls (for aesthetic value). Construction of extension to preexisting building include but are not limited to: adding a 40ftx70ftx16ft extension to western wall of existing building; adding a dock, adding heating, cooling, electrical, and infrastructure (water & sewer) to be installed separately from existing systems. Drywalling, framing in and insulating the interior as well as roofing the extension. Creating concrete slabs and foundation
