The City of Franklin is seeking to retain the services of an engineering firm to assist the City in carrying out storm water improvements to the intersection of 11th and Sassafras Streets in Franklin. The project will involve improvements to the storm water capacity and reduction of overflows by installing new storm sewer piping and inlets, as well as installing headwall and completing roadway restoration. Project financing will include federal CDBG funds. Selection will be based upon the evaluation criteria as set forth in the RFP documents. All proposers are notified that minority and women businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to negotiate with any proposer in the best interests of the City.
