The project consists generally of the furnishing and installation of approximately 2,020 feet of 2-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit, 4,040 feet of 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit, 42 - 4 standard radius steel ells, and 22 - 2 X 24 radius steel ells. Unit Price proposals will be received for the performance of work. All bidders must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor s Licensing Board including Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and must be legally qualified in all respects to conduct business in Arkansas. To qualify, bidders must provide a financial statement, a verifiable statement of experience, and equipment schedule as more fully defined in the instructions to bidders. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form, subject to the conditions as provided in the information to bidders. The qualifying bidder must be able to provide a performance bond. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
