The Delta R-V School District invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the construction
of a parking lot located behind our high school gymnasium.
Project Description:
The project involves the design and construction of a parking area sufficient to accommodate
approximately 45-50 cars. Proposals should include options for concrete, asphalt, or a
combination of both.
Project Requirements:
1. The design should optimize space and ensure ease of access and egress.
2. The construction should comply with all relevant local and state building codes.
3. The proposal should include a detailed timeline for the completion of the project, which must
be no later than August 15, 2023.
4. The proposal should include the provision of all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to
complete the project.
Proposals must include the following:
1. Company Information: Brief history, size, and structure of your company.
2. Experience: Description of similar projects your company has completed in the past five years,
including references.
3. Project Plan: Detailed plan for the project, including options for concrete, asphalt, or a
combination of both surfaces.
4. Cost Estimate: Detailed cost breakdown for the project.
5. Project Timeline: Estimated timeline for the project, from start to finish. Please note that the
project must be completed no later than August 15, 2023.
Proposal Evaluation:
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
1. The vendor's experience and qualifications.
2. The quality of the proposed project plan.
3. The cost-effectiveness of the proposal.
4. The ability to meet the proposed project timeline.
