Title: Clearwater Station Water Tank Replacement, Sierra National Forest Amendment Description: This amendment to the solicitation extends the date of submissions from May 23, 2023 to June 2, 2023, to post answers to Request for Information received by the Forest Service, and to change total anticipated Period of Performance to be 150 days to include time to furnish water tank and other equipment. Description: Furnish all labor, equipment (including new 31,000-gallon water tank) and material to accomplish the Work under this contract. Work includes but is not limited to the following major items: Demolish and disposed of two water tanks and base (approximately 5,000 gallons each). Full installation of new water tank 31,000 gallons. Connecting water tank back to the distribution lines for the station. Connecting electrical controls for the tank. Disinfecting the entire water system. Install approximately 350 LF of 4 waterline for the new hydrant. Installing a new tanker fire hydrant, control valve, and box. The USFS intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation.
