All plumbing bids must carry $215,000 for the electrical filed sub bids. A price adjustment will be made to match the actual electrical filed sub bid price that is selected after reopening. Demolition of existing drinking fountains or sinks for replacement with water bottle refill stations and the installation of water bottle refill stations at new locations without existing drinking water infrastructure. All drains must be commercially snaked and tested to confirm water can flow for at least 20 minutes. 4. Running new circuits to serve water bottle refill stations where service was not previously existing. 5. Mounting of phenolic enclosures or panels. Specific dimensions to be confirmed onsite by contractor. 6.
