PROJECT TITLE: Installation of Perimeter Fence St. Petersburg VA Regional Office. PROJECT SCOPE: Contractor will provide all material and labor for the removal and installation/construction of a perimeter fence around the St Petersburg VA Regional Office (VARO), 9500 Bay Pines BLVD, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Purpose of the project is to secure the underside of BLD 46 to BLD 47 of the VA Regional Office PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Veterans Affairs St. Petersburg Office, 9500 Bay Pines Blvd, St Petersburg FL 33708. The solicitation number is 36C10D23R0006. Specific instructions on submitting offers will be contained in the solicitation documents. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about June 15, 2023, with offers due within 30 days. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. SET-ASIDE: This acquisition has been set-aside for Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans First Program.
